      Verdict

      Zaeem shrugged off a 6lb rise at Brighton in June to land hat-trick but steps up in class for his return. Stablemates Simply Shining and Our Boy Jack have won at Thirsk this season and both are also 5lb higher today. The latter had Abushamah back in third last time and should confirm running. Midlight may do better now handicapping for the first time but the vote goes to KARAKA JACK (NAP). He won last year's renewal off a higher mark, showed signs of a return to form when fourth here three weeks ago and is reunited with winning partner Graham Lee today.
