Aoninch and Opening Ceremony have strong claims in this classified stakes, but Crozon is taken to land the spoils. John Gosden's filly took time to get the hang of things on her belated debut at Bath in September, but once she did know what was needed she went on to win well. Of the more exposed runners in the line up Open Ceremony should run a good race. Richard Fahey's filly was successful at Newcastle back in August and showed her well being with a recent third behind Ruby Legend at the same track. Aoninch is another who is in top form at present, following comfortable victories at Bath and Warwick, and will make a bold bid to land the hat-trick. However, Crozon has bags of scope for improvement and is just given the nod.
