Verdict

Tim Easterby bids to win this for third time in succession and may well do so with FORGIVABLE (NAP). The latter was beaten less than a length at Pontefract on only his second outing of the year when giving the impression this extra distance would suit. Chief Of Staff needs to find a bit more after disappointing at Lingfield while both Bavardages and Magical Mile failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time having won their penultimate starts. Bringitonboris and Gangway have proven best on the all-weather so far.
