Little Jimmy Odsox is only 3lb higher than when successful over course and distance in July and should give another good account. Thatcherite was second at Catterick last month but didn't build on that at Newcastle and is 3lb higher now while Abraham Monro's progress seems to have stalled since he won at Ripon in July. MUSIC FESTIVAL is a tentative selection dropping back to 6f for the first time since a close-up fourth at Wolverhampton last November off today's mark. He didn't run badly at Doncaster last time under an inexperienced apprentice and Tom Eaves takes over the reins today.
