A real toughie to finish with and the tentative nomination is given to Apache Point ahead of Colditz, Red Chairman and Eternal Legacy. The selection has winning form at Redcar and can make amends today for finishing second on his last two starts. He likes to be held up in his races but there should be a decent pace on here which will suit and if he gets the gaps then he can go close. Redd Chairman won well last time out and is one to consider although he has risen in the weights, whilst Fair Shake goes well on soft ground so won't mind nay rain. Colditz is consistent enough and should run his race, along with Lobengula who is back on turf having been campaigned on the all-weather of late. Eternal Legacy rates a threat based on his demolition job two starts back however he has never won over this trip and so we have no qualms in returning to Apache Point for the selection.
