        Verdict

        Plenty with claims in this though Mappin Time hasn't won on Turf since 2012 and Innocently remains 6lb higher than his win at Ripon in August. Both Noble Asset and Soul Brother went close on their latest starts and are upped in class today while Keep It Dark and Native Falls finished behind Noble Asset at Doncaster last time. DESERT LAW (NAP) finally showed some improvement for his slide down the weights when third at York last week. Given the runner-up Red Baron has already boosted the form with a win at Thirsk on Saturday, Paul Midgley's charge gets the vote to follow suit and land this lower grade sprint.
