DARK COMMAND has yet to win but couldn't have gone much closer at Musselburgh last time where he wasn't stopping at the end of that 7f contest. This looks no tougher and he can gain his first success. Arcane Dancer has only been raised 3lb for her victory over Beverley's stiff 7f while the lightly-raced Last Star Falling looked certain to win when taking the lead inside the final furlong at Wolverhampton but was run out of it close home. Arithmetic has had the requisite three runs for a handicap mark as has On Fire, who found 1m2f too far at Ripon.
