Coming back from such a long absence, money for Alasoun would look significant, however Muraco has a more solid profile and he gets the vote ahead of Revolving World. The selection takes a drop in grade today having contested much better races of late. Whilst his recent runs have been lacklustre to say the least, he is some way clear on the official ratings in this race and connections will be disappointed if he doesn't feature. Blushing Hillary hasn't been seen on the flat for a while and hasn't been setting too many pulses racing over hurdles, but she does have some semblance of ability. Parchment showed more in defeat last time out at Catterick on quick ground and must be considered if reproducing that run, whilst Revolving World has only one win to his name but if the ground stays on the quick side then he has the potential to be the fly in the ointment. Not a race that will live long in the memory, and Muraco is fancied to oblige.
