We believe this could rest between the bottom-weights and select Dalriath to beat Acca Larentia and Miss Ocean Monarch. Dalriath is not the easiest of horses to catch right but has managed a victory on the all-weather at Southwell. That success was only in a banded race but it was quite emphatic and he does look on a decent mark. Acca Larentia ended last season with a runner up spot behind Dee Dee Girl and should strip a lot fitter following a recent outing. Miss Ocean Monarch appears best of the others following a second behind Sennen Cove at Beverley last month, but in another very weak event Dalriath just gets the verdict.
