        Anthony Royle Still a maiden, will struggle to change that status today.

        Blushing Grenadier (IRE) A course winner in a 6f claimer on soft ground, this looks tougher.

        Brecongill Lad Is well handicapped on his very best form. Stable in top form but he has become disappointing of late.

        Grand View Has been well beaten in sellers of late, winning form is on GF; readily opposed.

        Grasslandik A winner on the AW, shown virtually nothing on turf; others preferred.

        Harry Junior Still a maiden, unlikely to see any improvement today.

        Hume's Law Showed promise as a 2-y-o and would have claims on that form, but appears not to have trained on.

        Lucky Cove Still a maiden and has not shown any signs of improvement lately, well beaten last time; easily opposed.

        Prince of Blues (IRE) Showed improvement in first time blinkers, but looked to be a one off because form has regressed still with blinkers.

        Sealed By Fate (IRE) Was only 10.5L behind Pipadash last time out; has place claims at a large price.

        Strensall Best form on fast ground, has failed to reproduce that on a softer surface.

        Superapparos Best placed efforts on the AW, still remains a maiden and others preferred.

        Time To Fly All winning form has been on the AW and the last one was back in 1999; readily opposed.

        Absolute Fantasy Ran well under similar conditions when beaten only 2L, a winner on GF and GS; one for the short list.

        Crystal Canyon Has shown a modicum of ability in maidens, could be well in on the weights.

        Helali Manor Well beaten over hurdles last start, no form of note on the flat; readily dismissed.

        Safranine (IRE) Has had many chances in similar contests without winning, others preferred.

        Whizz Kid Good claims on best form, won back in May but unreliable.

        Emma Thomas Tailed off in nearly all starts; easily opposed.
