Verdict
JUST SAM hasn't won of late but we know he acts on a faster surface and at those likely odds of reward, there are plenty of reasons to be with him. Rowayton is on the same mark he placed off at Carlisle. He has handled fast ground in the past. Sir Nod probably finds five furlongs a little sharp these days so is worth another chance over six. Newcastle winner, Who's Shirl was well beaten off today's mark and has a bit to prove. Wyatt Earp won off a mark of 69 at Wolverhampton though his turf mark has taken some time to drop to a similarly helpful level.
