Pairofbrowneyes makes a quick reappearance after an excellent third place here on Wednesday and has every prospect of getting into the frame again. But AVANT TOUT is a class act, as he showed when beating today's rival Lord Scoundrel in a Limerick Grade 2. The latter is 3lb better off, which should bring them closer, but Willie Mullins' charge can confirm the form and land this. His stable companion Sambremont had looked an improving type when landing a Grade 2 at Navan and though subsequently well beaten in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham he found the 3m2f stretching his stamina. Nicky Henderson sends Full Shift from the UK but he was a bit disappointing at Ayr after a good run in a Grade 3 Cheltenham handicap. Marlbrook is going from strength-to-strength and was very good value for his six-length victory at Naas in February. He's up 11lb but is progressing enough to go close with the extra. He had Balnagon Boy around three lengths behind when scoring at Fairyhouse in January but the latter has a massive advantage at the weights here and could sneak a place at a big price.
