Aklan represents Willie Mullins from a strong early entry but he'll need to bounce back after two very poor recent efforts. IDENTITY THIEF looked potentially very useful after his first two starts but pulled up in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown in February. He showed that to be all wrong with a fine second to the progressive Sempre Medici in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse last time and can get back on the winning trail. Marchese Marconi unseated Joseph O'Brien at the last in a handicap at Fairyhouse and was still in the lead at the time. He'll stay this longer trip and can go well along with Sadler's Risk, who couldn't cope with Thunder Zone at Cork but was conceding 18lb and had Aklan a long way behind. On Fiddlers Green ran way above expectations in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse last time and a repeat could see him in the frame.
