Verdict

BRANDY LOVE is near the head of the market for the Mares' Hurdle at Cheltenham and, though carrying a penalty for a brilliant victory in the Mares' Championship Final at Fairyhouse in April, has done best when fresh. Queens Brook is only rated 2lb below her, however, and receives 9lb. She's also in the Cheltenham event where she finished second a year ago. Anna Bunina has been a brilliant servant, with 10 victories to her credit, though she's never raced over a trip this far and, like the remainder, will need to step up a gear.
