APPLE'S JADE is a short-priced favourites for the Mares' Hurdle though she's still in the Champion Hurdle. Already a triple Grade 1 winner and runner-up in last year's Triumph Hurdle, this looks a perfect warm-up race before heading for Cheltenham. She's taken on here by two of her former stable companions. Whiteout is also a winner at the highest level though she was beaten a very long way by the selection at Fairyhouse in December. That wasn't her true form and she had beaten her stablemate Limini almost five lengths in the Mares' Champion Hurdle at last year's Punchestown Festival though the latter was a short-priced favourite having looked a very smart prospect earlier. She's probably the main threat as there looks more to come though Rock On The Moor, who hasn't really taken to fences, ran a superb race when runner-up to Vroum Vroum Mag in last year's Mares' Hurdle and would be an obvious danger in that kind of form.
