Verdict

A Fortune Out West scored on the point-to-point track here and was well supported for his hurdling debut at Naas in February but found things happening too quickly and will be better suited by this trip. Winning point-to-pointer and bumper Monbeg Park came up against a smart one when beaten three lengths by Affordable Fury on his hurdling debut over this trip at Galway and will make a bold bid to go one better. SEABANK BISTRO made a winning bumper debut at Naas before running in the championship events at Cheltenham and at the Festival here and has an outstanding pedigree for jumping so gets the nod. Top Speed won a point by 15 lengths and will be much better for the experience gained in a Clonmel bumper in April.
