Verdict

Jim Bolger is hardly noted for his bumper horses but looks to have a nice prospect in MORNING IRELAND, who made a very encouraging racecourse debut in a strong event here earlier this month. Taken to the front by today's pilot, he opened up a long lead at one stage and plugged on when headed turning for home. Likely to be ridden with a little more restraint this time he should have improved enough to take this. Ten More looked as though a stiffer test of stamina was required when staying on over 2m2f at Limerick so the likely strong pace will be in his favour. Paddy The Celeb made a promising start behind Shu Lewis in a bumper on this track and is certain to have benefited from the run while the unbeaten point-to-pointer Paudi The Punter has won both races in emphatic style and could be anything.
