Verdict

Dinnie's Vinnie was having only his fifth start over regulation fences when successful at Fairyhouse and, though 9lb higher, has to be greatly respected. Windy Millie is a smart hunter who was narrowly beaten in a handicap at Fairyhouse last April and is probably on a fair mark while Enniskillen was twice runner-up at the Festival here in April, including over the banks course. Change The Rules looks better suited by testing conditions as he showed with a very easy victory at Fairyhouse and he's a massive 11lb higher. FR HUMPHREY completed a double in tough handicaps last year and returned to form with a very good second at Kilbeggan. He'll enjoy the conditions and can carry his big weight to another victory.
