Exciting Oscar went up 8lb for his surprise course and distance victory but ran well enough at Fairyhouse to suggest he's still reasonably handicapped. Pictures Of Home just failed to catch Free Thought over 2m3f at Naas and started favourite when stepped up to this track and trip but weakened in the closing stages. Thunderosa has no problems with the trip and has conditions to suit but it's about time that SHAR WHATS THERUSH (NAP) was winning again. Donal Hassett's charge last won a race at Fairyhouse back in 2017 but was staying on strongly over 2m7f at the same track last time and this isn't a strong handicap. The lightly-raced Smiths Girl ran quite well here last month while The Trigger, already a winner of eight races plus two point-to-points, is one to note in the market.
