Prosperity Square won this in 2014 but recent form has been nowhere near that level. Winning point-to-pointer Castle Fall's has been consistent at a lowly level but has gone up in the weights again while the maiden Annamatopoeia was well beaten despite occupying places in her last two starts in May. Not For You has been a beaten favourite in seven of his last eight starts. His only effort over this trip resulted in a third place at Kilbeggan so the jury is out whether he actually stays though he did finish a long way in front of Moss Grove. The latter caused a surprise when scoring at Ballinrobe next time but is very inconsistent and not certain to produce that running again. SHAKE IT UP finished second in that Kilbeggan event and though well beaten when favourite at Galway subsequently his overall form just about edges it in a moderate contest with Jamie Codd a very positive booking.
