Whisperinthebreeze was well beaten by Gun Digger at Leopardstwn but the winner takes his chance in a much better race early on the card so the form could prove useful. Se Mo Laoch had almost 2l to spare over SNUGSBOROUGH HALL when tackling the track and trip in December but the runner-up, who has continued to run well, is taken to reverse the form. Undressed is gradually slipping to a mark he should be winning from while Aherlow, a winner over hurdles at Cork in May, was having only his second start over fences when placed at Thurles.
