DUFFYS GETAWAY (NAP) was clearly suited by heavy conditions when well supported at Fairyhouse where he was an easy winner over this trip. He has a 9lb rise to overcome and runner-up Kiln Time should get closer without reversing the form as should third-placed Mahler Appeal. No Fussing has struggled since landing a Thurles maiden in March though has dropped to a more realistic mark, as has Merry Moves, who showed a bit more dash at Fairyhouse. Ella Rose ran easily her best race to date in a big field at Gowran.
