Verdict

BLACKBOW will be a warm order here after falling at the last when in the lead at Navan. She looked to have the measure of the eventual winner Captain Guinness though that was by no means certain and the winner runs earlier in the afternoon. Port Stanley produced two fine runs in bumpers in 2018 but has disappointed so far over timber but Nero Rock made a bold attempt to lead all at Limerick last time. Bobby Boy won twice on the Flat for Ger Lyons and looks a nice recruit but Santa Rossa looks the obvious main threat. She completed a double when landing a Grade 2 bumper at Leopardstown then was only beaten 3 lengths in a similar event at Aintree and less than 5 lengths in the championship bumper here in May.
