Dame Rapide landed a Ballinrobe maiden then met all kinds of trouble in-running at Fairyhouse on Saturday but FIRST DARE gave notice of an imminent victory when narrowly beaten at Tramore and duly obliged at Navan when Banntown Girl was 10 lengths behind. Although raised 6lb today's rider can claim 7lb so Liz Doyle's mare looks well handicapped. Lovely Reaction scored at Limerick in January but is 10lb higher for her first start since March. Ta Na La is still a maiden after 20 starts but can't go much lower in the ratings.
