Verdict
Dantes Firth has finished runner-up in half of her eight starts over timber and not been beaten far in any of them. She looks certain to go well again while Mount Corkish Girl ran easily her best race to date when a close third to Uranna at Limerick over Christmas where the heavy going was in her favour. TRUTHWILLSETUFREE attempted to make all in the latter race and was clear at one stage. She only weakened in the closing stages of that 2m2f contest so this looks ideal and she can take this for Dermot Weld. Josephine Marcus was well beaten there and has shown nothing since scoring between the flags and Shanliss had been beaten a long way on all starts before a much improved run when facing heavy ground for the first time at Down Royal.
