Muharrer has been favourite on his last three starts and Michael Dods reaches for the headgear in an attempt to yield further improvement. He may have to give best on this occasion to BARREN BROOK as the six-year-old looks to be extremely well handicapped. Mick Easterby's charge wasn't far away in a valuable handicap at York last May and he takes this engagement off an 11lb lower mark. Handsome Ransom won a maiden for John Gosden as a youngster but he's been switched to David O'Meara having shown little for David Lanigan. Tuscan Fun landed plenty of bets at Haydock and returns to turf following a heavy defeat at Kempton. Arc Light won back-to-back races at Newcastle in June and will not be inconvenienced if the forecast rain arrives.
