In depth

Verdict

Highwaygrey is a four-times course winner who is gradually dropping to a winnable mark. PROPHET'S DREAM has returned to action in excellent form having made all in handicaps at Bath and Leicester. He's only a pound higher than his last victory and Tom Marquand is on board again. Cockalorum changed stables and his winning run came to an end at Chester though he wasn't suited by the track and can do better. Eeetee scored twice over the trip earlier this campaign and didn't handle the step-up to 1m4f at Beverley. Shimmering Sands had plenty in hand at Doncaster so a 6lb rise looks manageable while York runner-up Million Thanks and the three-year-old course and distance winner Forceful Speed are others with chances.
