HILARY J came up short when third over 5f at Newcastle last time but scored over today’s trip at Thirsk before that. Ann Duffield’s filly remains unexposed and gets another chance. Meandmyshadow is not out of this dropping down a grade and Mr Orange won over course and distance last month before being beaten over the minimum trip here. Hit The Lights went close off a big weight in a lower grade last time while Dominium drops further in the handicap but has just the one win in 20 starts on turf.
