In the finale, Dark Charm is selected ahead of Turn Of Phrase and Gardasee. Turn Of Phrase comes here in very good heart following a Catterick win and can go well under his penalty if responding to his young rider. Dark Charm races off a lower mark than for his course and distance success last season and, having proven that he will handle conditions, he has to be seriously considered today. Gardasee comes here on a roll and carries his penalty for a narrow recent course and distance success. You cannot rule him out but the runner-up on that occasion, Kylkenny, is weighted to reverse placings. Scotty's Future also runs under a winner's penalty and, even though that came in a seller, you can certainly build the case for him based on last season's best form. Finally, You could not entirely rule out Wulimaster if he is on a going day, while Tidy has now edged back towards a winning mark and cannot be ruled out on that basis, and Don'tcallmeginger showed improvement last time and can'tbe ruled out of a good run if improving again. For the selection, though, we will stick with Dark Charm.
