In depth

Verdict

A chance is taken with Quiet Reading, who ran well from a bad draw at Kempton. He wears blinkers for the first time here, in an effort to sharpen him up and if they have the desired effect, he is sure to take the beating. The winner of the Kempton race North Point, had the best of the draw that day, but he is not so lucky in this and has it all to do. Stitch In Time goes well for an inexperienced rider and could well make the frame.
