Capped For Victory and Zathonia are the two to concentrate on here, with Clipperdown also worthy of consideration. Sir Michael Stoute's colt looked a star in the making when chasing home Manyana on his two-year-old debut at Sandown, but hasn't quite fulfilled that promise this campaign. Although he has contested two competitive handicaps. The first was at Haydock when finishing down the field in a class B event, followed by another unplaced effort in a Ladies race at Ascot. His current rating of 88 may be a little high, but he should still be good enough to beat these rivals. Zathonia has shown plenty of ability in two maidens this season and will not have to improve much to bustle up the selection. Clipperdown finished third in a decent Haydock maiden at the start of last month and wasn't disgraced at Windsor next time and has solid place claims. Royal Lustre should improve for his debut effort and is another to consider, but Capped For Victory looks the class act here and gets the verdict.
