The newcomers make limited appeal and this may be best left to those with experience and preference is for Elizabethan Age, who gets the vote ahead of stablemate Rowan Warning and Kryena. The last mentioned strictly has the beating of Clambake on running behind Kydd Gloves at Sandown last month although Fulke Johnson Houghton's filly did have the benefit of a previous run that day and there may not be a great deal to choose between the pair this afternoon. Art Elegant has failed to progress as may have been expected and a bigger threat is likely to come from Andrew Balding's Shade Cozy, who is entitled to improve. Rowan Warning is a consistent performer but has been found wanting in similar grade before and preference is for stablemate Elizabethan Age, who should appreciate the return to a mile having failed to stay further last time.
