Verdict

French Mannequin an easy winner under similar conditions last time out is taken to score, despite rising in the weights. The filly won in the style of an improver last time and with the promising James Davies taking off a handy seven pounds she will be hard to beat. Ivorsagoodun has been disappointing of late but his stable is beginning to hit top form again and he is sure to be suited by the drying ground. Sherngold was a fair third behind Poppet in a maiden hurdle last time out and she would not have to improve much to take a hand in the finish. Anna Almost was third behind Katy The Duck in a similar contest last time and a reproduction of that effort would see her go close. Of the remainder Shaadiva is from a top yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market.
