In depth

Verdict

Alexander Exchange is taken to return to winning form with Ponchatrain and Ridjit the dangers. After being placed at Plumpton and Hereford, Ponchatrain is knocking at the door and can play a part here. He just seems to be lacking a finishing kick though, although he is still well handicapped. Ridjit has looked moderate to date and he is having his first run for six months here. He hails from a stable in form and may be capable of some improvement and in this small field can play a supporting role. After winning well at Worcester, Alexander Exchange ran well in defeat at Chepstow last time, not beaten far. Alexander Exchange can return to winning ways here.
