Aberdeen Park impressed with her attitude when winning at Bangor last time out and is taken to defy a 7lb rise in the weights, at the main expense of Phardessa, Femme D'Avril and Crafty Lady. Venetia Williams continues to maintain a steady run of winners and with jockey Aidan Coleman the current flavour of the month and riding with confidence and more than a dash of skill, they can team up together with Aberdeen Park. Her rise in the weights is negated by the jockey's allowance and with the ground ok she can win again. Ardente Sauvage struggled last time out and may continue to do so from this mark, whilst Phardessa and Crafty Lady both look high enough in the weights at present. Femme D'Avril has been inching down the weights and compared to her rating over fences, today's mark certainly looks attractive enough and any market support should be noted. Tip Toes is still relatively unexposed and came a cropper last time through no fault of her own and should not be written off, along with Joli Classical who ran well in defeat at Ludlow but her strike-rate is hardly electrifying. An open race, but Aberdeen Park can go in again.
