In depth

Verdict

DARKEST DAY (NAP) was placed over track and trip before finishing runner-up in a jumpers' bumper. Gary Moore’s charge gets a change of headgear back over timber and may come out best on this occasion. Devious Dicks Dame won here in November though was a long way behind the winner when second last time with Good Bye further behind but Nye Bevan returns to hurdling after a couple of decent efforts in all-weather bumpers. Officer Drivel drops down in class and Mi Laddo has won on the Flat at Kempton this year but has yet to score under this code.
