Verdict

FLASHMAN is an infrequent winner and can be a hard ride but he was on his best behaviour here last month and bounces off quick ground. Despite a welter burden, he could double his seasonal tally though it would be no surprise if Exeter third Lovely Bubbly made a race of it. Lake Chapala is a former stablemate of the latter but the wind has rather gone out of his sails since he won on soft going at Hereford in January.
