Pequenita looks a cut above these and gets the confident vote with Mioche d'Estruval, Adyton and Burnt Copper the most likely to chase her home. The selection was a convincing winner on her hurdling debut at Folkestone and then was a good second last time out at Newbury behind Major Speculation. She will have conditions to suit here with any further rain an added bonus, and she looks almost impossible to oppose. Mioche d'Estruval rates the main danger as this French import from the Martin Pipe yard is sure to have been well schooled for his hurdling debut, but he will have to be something out of the ordinary to beat our selection. Adyton could be interesting as this colt won well on the flat in a listed race on the all-weather in Germany, and any market move for this import should be noted. Of the rest, Burnt Copper will have to improve on anything he has achieved to date to feature at the finish, but we are happy to side with our confident choice Pequenita.
