Verdict

Pindar was runner-up to Upton Mead, who runs earlier on the card, here in January and started favourite at Doncaster last time but didn't complete after an early blunder unsettled him. Bathwick Junior, a winner here in December, was also market leader at Ffos Las last month but ran poorly. Little Roxy is very consistent but held by Bathwick Junior on that December run, a race in which Just Beware was beaten a long way. The four-year-old Superciliary hasn't had much experience and, though dropping in grade, has plenty to do. PUSH ME has only had four starts over timber and shown little but she's been running well on the Flat recently and won't get many better opportunities to lose her maiden tag.
