In depth

Verdict

Kervriou, Consigliere and Overlut are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the narrow vote is given to Kervriou. The selection was a fair second behind Climate Change last time out, looks sure to improve for this longer trip and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Consigliere is clearly thought capable of better than he has shown of late but he is a hard puller and has been struggling to get home. Overlut was third behind King Daniel last time and could improve for the fitting of first time cheek pieces. Adopted Hero is dropping in grade and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Kervriou who ran so well last time out.
