NOSTRINGSATTACHED is our call ahead of Dead Or Alive and Space Cowboy. The son of Un Desperado is proven with fast conditions underfoot and while there is the obvious question as to how fit he will be from absence; his better form has obtained at this time of year in the past. Dead Or Alive was second in a hunter chase at Chepstow. The trainer has a strong record with his recruits from between the flags. Space Cowboy has dropped dramatically the weights but this has not been without reason. He seems fated to find one too good. Lease Back has had plenty of chances and fell at the first on his most recent start. Corrib Drift pulled up as if something were amiss in the same race but it is worth noting that this occurred on his second run back from a sizeable absence. Cold Mountain was once a very useful novice though he appears to be out of love with the game these days. Plenty of doubts about the majority of the field so at sensible stakes, Nostringsattached has to be the recommendation.
