The market should prove interesting with the likes of winning pointer Ballydub and Dempsey's half-brother Murphy just two to keep a close eye on but Half Cocked is taken to go one better than on last month's debut over course and distance. He was beaten 6 lengths into second that day but is sure to come on for the experience and shouldn't be far away at the finish if ridden closer to the pace. Billie Magern showed a glimmer of ability in a Junior Bumper on debut and is bred to appreciate a trip in time whilst Murphy was sent off a short-priced favourite on debut last year and could be hard to beat if translating his homework to the track. Mexican Honeymoon has also run well enough to merit consideration but Half Cocked has the form in the book and can prevail.
