In depth

Verdict

On The Slopes showed little between the flags but made a fair bumper debut at Fontwell and looks best of those with racecourse experience. Debestyman was impressive when landing a point at Ballindenisk in May while Escort'namix was returning from almost a year off when landing a Dromahane point in April and the runner-up made a fair bumper debut at Aintree in October. EDEN DU HOUX ploughed through the mud at Monksgrave the same month to land what looked a decent point-to-point so he's taken to make a successful debut for David Pipe.
