Thunder Hawk is taken to get back to winning ways with both King Of The Artic and Lethem Present worth noting. The selection won a point to point before showing improvement to win under rules at Hexham last month. Since then he has run well in defeat at Perth and off his current mark he looks more than capable of winning a race of this nature. King Of The Artic is another for the short list as he has slipped down the weights since last year. He won off this mark at Market Rasen last year and has showed signs of coming back to his best of late so is one to note in the betting market. Essifer ran well to finish fourth behind Franc Villez earlier in the month and can be in the shake up if recapturing that form. Lethem Present is another to note and always gives his followers a real run for their money. He won at Hexham on his penultimate run for which he was raised nine pounds for and it remains to be seen if the handicapper has now got the last word. So for the winner we return to Thunder Hawk.
