Verdict

Make My Heart Fly ruled herself ineligible for this after winning a mares’ hurdle here yesterday but Richard Johnson was down to ride stablemate Global Jackpot in any case. He is also heavily penalised but won on the bridle here earlier in the month and will make a bold bid to complete the hat-trick. KAPGARRY gets 12lb, however, and that may be enough for Nigel Twiston-Davies’ hurdling newcomer. A winning pointer, he finished second in a Chepstow bumper in February on his first start under Rules and looks a nice type for novice hurdles this season. Chanceanotherfive won a couple of bumpers last year but has disappointed so far over timber.
