In depth

Verdict

Misfits and Blake Dean are the pair due to run on Tuesday evening and both would have definite claims if taking in this pretty modest contest. Blake Dean arguably looks better treated of the pair but the latter houses more scope for improvement. Check out the other Elliott runner, Cullentry Royal, in the market with similar comments attributable to Huehuecoytle, who remains unexposed over timber. However, CHAIN OF BEACONS is an intriguing contender on his first start for Iain Jardine. He's only had four starts over hurdles and seven in all and is now on his third trainer. He was disappointing the last day but some of his earlier efforts revealed a level of ability and it would not surprise if he were to go well on his first run for new connections off a workable mark.
