Verdict

Another strong Irish invasion courtesy of Fool's Wildcat and Munnings from the Elliott and Martin yards respectively. The latter has posted fair efforts under both codes in his time but the fact that his sole success arrived at the Curragh in 2007 diminishes confidence. Fool's Wildcat was caught late on here over fences last time over further and should go close back at this trip over timber. He hacked up over C&D in a similar contest in May but the vote goes to FOLK TUNE. He won equally easily dropped into selling company for the first time at Hexham and his previous effort when fourth to Remember Now at Stratford represents very acceptable handicap hurdle form. He also remains in good heart on the level and can oblige.
