In depth

Verdict

Some Are Lucky could be a notable absentee if taking up yesterday’s engagement here. Calivigny also had an entry here yesterday though would have a lesser chance on paper. Alizee De Janeiro and Imperial Prince will both carry more than their allotted weight and Fly Rory Fly has an absence to overcome but Highland Fling could be interesting on only his third start over fences. Ballyarthur was travelling better than Some Are Lucky when stopped in his tracks by a shuddering mistake at Leicester two runs ago. He then won a decent handicap at Uttoxeter but BOLLIN ACE looks a real threat as he jumped well and was only caught close home last time at Carlisle.
