Lucinda Russell has won both previous renewals including with Orioninverness in 2018 but the latter hasn’t won since. Joly Maker could only manage second last time having won at Bangor before that and shares ownership with LAKE BAIKAL. But the latter is less exposed over fences having won over 2m here in July and Neil Mulholland’s charge looks worth another try over this longer trip. Eagle Ridge and Blue Monday ended last season with victories at Musselburgh and Wincanton respectively while Jolie Crickette went close at Catterick back in January.
