Verdict

Hidden Commander is 3lb below his last winning mark but has become unreliable. Castletown has been in good form around here this summer and Judge Earle is on a hat-trick after wins at Uttoxeter and Worcester but we’re inclined to take a chance on FAVORI DE SIVOLA, who returns to action on a winning mark having had a wind operation and changed stables since pulled up at Exeter in March. The others have plenty to prove at present.
